I don’t have much patience for furniture that feels flimsy or needs constant fixing, but this chair has been solid so far. I’ve had it for a few months and there’s still no wobble, which is all I wanted

The box was heavy and the instructions took me a minute to figure out, but I got it assembled without too much trouble. One screw was kind of a pain, but overall it turned out fine

I ordered from xchair.com it got here faster than I was expecting. My brother had asked me if the tracking was easy to follow, and it was clear the whole way. It did arrive one day later than the original estimate, but that really wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I was happy with how the shipping went

The recline feels really nice. It leans back smoothly and makes it easy to get comfortable. I was just sitting there thinking, yeah, this is relaxing, wait, seriously, why don’t all chairs feel like this?

Overall, the delivery was good. The box had a few small dents, which made me a little nervous at first, but the chair itself was totally fine and all the parts were there. It did arrive a day later than expected, though maybe I’m being a bit picky about that. Still, I’d give it 4 stars.

At first I was like, yeah, this chair is fine. It looks decent and does the job. But then I sat in it for about an hour and suddenly I was over it. The armrests are way too hard and hit my elbows in a weird spot, so they started hurting quickly. i went from liking the chair to being annoyed with it real fast

I’ve had my X-Chair for a little over 3 years now, it’s still holding up really well. No weird squeaks, the padding still feels good, and the wheels roll just fine. I use it most work days, so it’s definitely gotten plenty of use. It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it’s lasted way better than the office chairs I had before

It took me a little while to figure out all the adjustments, but once I got it set up, the armrests and back support made a big difference. The seat is comfortable enough for long work days, which I really appreciate. I’m taking off one star because the price feels a bit high, if it goes up any more, I’d probably start looking at other brands.

The chair itself might be okay, but the customer service was frustrating. I emailed about my order and waited way longer than I expected for a real response. When they finally got back to me, it felt rushed and didn’t really answer much, so I had to follow up again. I’ve dealt with other companies where the support was more... so yeah, this part definitely needs some work.

I bought my X-Chair mainly because I’m at my desk all day and figured the cooling and massage features might make things a little more comfortable. I thought they’d be kind of gimmicky, but I use them almost every day now. When my office gets warm, the cooling makes a real difference, if you’re going to spend that many hours sitting, your back deserves at least that much decency.
The massage isn’t over-the-top or intense, which I actually prefer. It’s more like a gentle bit of relief while I’m working, and it helps me feel less stiff by the end of the day. The chair itself feels sturdy and well made too. I’ve been really happy with it so far, so it’s an easy 5 stars from me

I picked this up for my home office, and overall I’m happy with how it looks in the space. The design is clean and stylish, which is exactly what I wanted. The only thing I noticed is that the colors looked a little different in person than I expected, but it still works well with my setup.

Overall, I do like this chair, it feels sturdy and well made. The first thing I noticed, though, was the seat cushion. It’s definitely firmer than I expected. Not in a bad way exactly, just kind of a “oh, okay, this is different” situation. After a few days I got used to it, and for long work days it gives good support. I just keep thinking it would be perfect if the cushion had a little extra softness to it.

I also wasn’t thrilled about the return shipping cost, especially considering the chair wasn’t cheap to begin with. The refund took longer than I expected too. Customer service was polite enough, so I can’t say they were rude, but they were slow and not especially helpful. Personally, for this price point, I expected the whole return process to feel a lot smoother

I had a warranty issue, they ended up taking care of it without much hassle. It did take a few days to get everything sorted, but overall I was happy with how they handled it

I ordered my chair from X-Chair, and now that I’ve got it adjusted, it fits me well. At first though, I felt a bit pressured to figure everything out quickly, especially after spending that much and not being totally sure if I picked the right setup.

I’m 5'8", and the seat depth ended up being the main thing I had to play around with. After moving the back and arms a few times, it started feeling a lot better. The headrest still sits just a little high for me, but it’s not a dealbreaker.
Overall, I’m happy with the chair and it’s comfortable now. I just wish the sizing info had been a little clearer before I bought it, because that would’ve saved me some second-guessing. Still a solid 4 stars from me.

I’ve had a few chairs in the past where the headrest never really felt right, but this one has been comfortable for longer sitting. It did take me a little bit to adjust it to the right spot, but once I got it dialed in, it worked really nicely.
